Business Development Manager
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. He/she will be a member of our Business Development team in Madrid.

In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities for EU funding grants and building strategic partnerships.
About the Job
Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant funding opportunities across various EU programs (Horizon Europe, Eureka Eurostars, European Defense Fund…) ensuring alignment with Futuro Perfecto’s goals and priorities

Attend key industry events and conferences, representing Futuro Perfecto, and staying updated on trends, funding programs, and collaboration possibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key EU stakeholders, including organizations like the European Innovation Council (EIC) and other relevant representatives, to facilitate funding and partnership opportunities

Desired Background

3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales positions

A master’s degree in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage

Advanced English (B2/C1). Proficiency in other languages Spanish, French or German will be considered a strong asset
