We are seeking proactive Business Development Interns to join our team. These interns will be members of our EU Funding team in Madrid (other cities in the EU may be considered).

In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities for EU funding grants and building strategic partnerships.

Possible to become a Full Time Employee upon completion of the 6 month internship.

About the Job

Responsibilities

Research and identify relevant funding opportunities across various EU programs (Horizon Europe, Eureka Eurostars, European Defense Fund…) ensuring alignment with Futuro Perfecto’s goals and priorities.
Attend key industry events, representing Futuro Perfecto, and become very familiar with EU funding program landscape, including being able to communicate and describe these programs staying updated on funding programs and collaboration possibilities.
Establish strong relationships with key EU stakeholders, including organizations like the European Innovation Council (EIC) and other relevant representatives.

Desired Background

Able to work legally in Europe.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales positions OR a master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with EU Funding or National Grants is desirable.
C1 level English and C1 level Spanish.
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
Strong awareness and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the global innovation landscape.
Team player and fast learner.
