Description
We are now looking for three ambitious interns to join our Consortia Development team in Madrid. This is your chance to get a unique apprenticeship in the world of EU funding, learning directly from senior experts with over 15 years of experience in winning consortia grants.
Responsibilities

Become the Call Expert & Coordinator's Right Hand: Act as the team's expert on the call's requirements. You'll support the project leaders by meticulously assessing the topic’s priorities and eligibility criteria, ensuring the proposal is perfectly aligned for success from the very beginning and that the priorities of the European Commission are addressed.

Lead the Collaborative Strategy: You won't just write a plan; you'll build it with the team. This means organizing and leading meetings with consortium partners and requesting the deep technical and commercial information needed to build a stronger, more detailed proposal.

Bridge the Gap Between Teams: Serve as the crucial point of contact between our internal business development and technical experts. Your role is to ensure the project's value chain is holistic and that every part of the proposal perfectly aligns with the project's strategic needs.

Master the Proposal Craft: This is the core of your role. You will be fully trained by our senior Project Managers to draft, write, and refine every section of the proposal. You will learn to create a compelling narrative that is compliant, persuasive, and award-winning.

Desired Background

You have a foundation in Science, Engineering, or a technical field. You speak the language of innovators.

You're building on that foundation with a Master’s in Management, an MBA, or a similar degree (or you're a recent graduate).

You are at the start of your career (0-3 years of experience) and are a natural connector, excited by strategy and collaboration.

You are a fluent English storyteller (C1+), with the ability to write clearly, persuasively, and passionately.

You have the legal right to work in the EU.

Big plus: You have a head start with experience in innovation consulting or writing proposals for EU programs like Horizon Europe.
