About the Job

Description

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team of engineers, PhDs, investment managers, and other deep tech professionals. The role will focus on coordination of consortium project management and lead the communication and dissemination WP European Research and Innovation projects. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating  theProject Management of EU funding projects with international consortia (GA, Amendment, monitoring Deliverables/Mil etc..) 

  • Lead Communication and Dissemination work package (including organization of events/training/seminars related to the D&C, preparing newsletter, feeding Social Media, supporting/representing the consortium))

  • Financial control of projects expenses

  • Projects periodical reports to the European Commision 

  • Handle administrative and PMO responsibilities, including preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and governance standards.

Desired Background

  • Able to work legally in Europe

  • Certificate in European Project Management, a plus

  • Science Communication Masters degree, MBA or STEM field is a plus

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management in the EU funding environment

  • Experience in conflict-resolution, time management, managing multiple projects at time

  • Soft skills and empathy are desirable traits

  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, including ability to create/maintain relationships with many partners

  • Advanced C2 English is mandatory, while other languages like Spanish, French, German or Nordic languages can be a plus.
